“Move it or Lose it”! This is true when it comes to the body and mind. In this course we will focus on flexing and extending, lengthening with awareness, and finding our alignment. You can expect some challenges along the way and some relaxing releases as we get flexible throughout our bodies, minds and spirits.
This practice is an intense, deep journey throughout the lower body. From the feet to the lower back move continuously with Gypsy as she teaches you how to lengthen and stretch.

Bye bye tension! Say farewell to hunched shoulders and neck pain as you learn how to stretch all areas related to the upper back, neck and head. This practice gives lasting results with repetition. The more you do, the better you will feel.
