Online Course Description: 

“Move it or lose it” is really true when it comes to the body. When we fail to stretch or continue to move in the same ways again and again, our habits become stuck. We become stiff and rigid. All habits of how we use our body’s and minds are made automatically. Unless we stretch into new ways of being, we cannot continue to stay flexible in body and mind.

This practice is an intense, deep journey throughout the lower body. From the feet to the lower back move continuously with Gypsy as she teaches you how to lengthen and stretch.

Bye bye tension! Say farewell to hunched shoulders and neck pain as you learn how to stretch all areas related to the upper back, neck and head. This practice gives lasting results with repetition. The more you do, the better you will feel.
