The new moon is the darkest night of the moon’s cycle and here the moon is still. It is neither waxing nor waning. In the quiet darkness of the moon, we are encouraged to go inward to a place of introspection and plant metaphorical seeds of manifestation.
This gentle flow with Nolita Ananda focuses on cycles of the breath and opening the hips is ideal at the time of the New Moon. We begin with visualization meditation to make clear our deepest dreams and desires. We then set intentions to start new projects and to cultivate new positive habits.
