Romi Grossberg is a holistic counsellor and author. Her deep understanding of and counselling therapy has helped many guests here at the Sanctuary Thailand and also all over the world in her online sessions.
In this episode, Romi shares her story with your host and life coach, Faith Hill. From her rebellious teenage years to trying different careers in sports and photography and then finding her place as a counsellor.
Romi shares many nuggets of valuable advice including:
- listening to your gut; trusting where you need to be and being in your flow
- using journaling to reduce the noise in your head and to gain clarity in your thoughts
- knowing what you need to calm your mind, whether that be reading, exercise or… a glass of wine

Romi Grossberg is a holistic counsellor and author.
Australian Romi has spent years in Asia, putting all her counselling and mental health expertise to great use by helping people and communities in Vietnam, India and Cambodia, where she ran the Tiny Toones centre for street kids.
She is the author of The 5 Minute Guide to Emotional Intelligence as well as her most recent book, The Key; A Social Emotional Toolkit for Teens. Romi is also a TED X speaker.
