# How to prepare your coffee enema.
The required liquid for a daily enema is 2 liters. Using a French press cafetiere with two heaped tablespoons of coffee, make a 200 ml concentrate. Dilute with1800 ml of water warmed to 37 C / 98 F
If you want to make the concentrate in advance repeat the first step for the number of enema days you will have and refrigerate the concentrate until the day you need.
At time of enema warm 200 ml of concentrate and 1800 ml of water to 37 C / 98 F
